Guests can literally chase stars on the activated floors and pop bubbles in-between scenes, but the true magic comes from watching the wall-to-wall screens that surround the entire theater.

“They’re stories about wishing, hoping and dreaming,” said Dorothy McKim, an Oscar-nominated special projects producer for Immersive Disney Animation.

“It really brings the child out in everybody when you're watching a Disney film, and this immersive experience [does that] even more,” she continued. “It’s just a magical experience.”

McKim said the creators behind the experience wanted to take people on a journey through nearly 50 of Disney’s feature films while also reflecting on the history of the company.

The creators therefore had to find a common thread between films that came together in a way that truly brought viewers from one world to another – and the selected scenes do just that.

The show starts with the opening scene from the “The Lion King” before turning into a flying sequence that takes audience members under the sea to the setting of “The Little Mermaid.”

From there, viewers get a villainous montage featuring some of Disney’s favorite anti-heroes before being transported to the home of the family Madrigal from “Encanto.”

It all comes to an end under a star-lit sky featuring beloved Disney duos embracing one another to give audiences a warm and fuzzy feeling as they leave the theater.

“It’s a whole education of Disney, but you don't feel like you're being educated when you're walking through,” McKim said. “There's something in there for everybody.”

Audience members come from near and far for the experience including Bridget from Vermont who was on Easter vacation with her daughter.

"I liked how interactive it was and the colors were wonderful and the music was great," she told Daily Voice.

"We loved it," said Stephanie from Medford who went for her 2-year-old daughter. "She loved anything Disney, so we just assumed it would be a good thing for her...It was great."
